Inputs
Use sample material or expressly permitted non-confidential inputs. Record the permission basis and purpose.
Session access
Confirm whether the demonstration is operator-led or uses an account arranged for the session. The website does not provide a product account.
Connections
Agree any import/export or live connection explicitly. Connections shown in the catalogue need to be checked before use.
AI processing
Confirm the environment and providers for your chosen workflow before supplying material. Do not assume that website hosting describes every processing location.
Retention
Agree what may be retained, where, who can access it and how any removal request will be handled before providing your material.
Review and decisions
Inspect supporting sources, omissions and corrections. An approval belongs to an exact version and its inputs. Changed inputs require review. Internal review is separate from delivery, client acceptance, payment and access.
On 26 October 2026, a second team member signed in and ran a permitted report-revision workflow. Access for your organisation and any additional roles or workflows still need to be tested.
Before any installation
Confirm scope, setup, access, usage costs, support, responsibilities and completion conditions in a buyer-specific agreement. Any ongoing service or external-system connection needs its own defined terms.
