Eight years in NDIS operations. Managed rosters across multiple sites, compliance documentation cycles, incident intake at 3am, and referral pipelines that lived entirely in email inboxes. Not as a consultant — as the person responsible when something went wrong.

That vantage point makes the system boundary practical rather than theoretical. A useful workflow needs a named trigger, approved inputs, visible exceptions, an accountable decision and a way back. No technical design compensates for missing ownership.

Rayan moved from NDIS operations into formal AI engineering study, including language-model orchestration, voice systems and multi-agent architecture. He now translates the approved workflow into its data, integration, evaluation, monitoring and handover design.

At Build n Bloom, Rayan owns architecture, data boundaries, evaluation, release readiness and safe-stop behaviour. New installations are accepted against written tests for the behaviour Build n Bloom controls—not promises about revenue, professional correctness or third-party performance.
