Blueprint Decision Guarantee

One paid System Blueprint for new client-delivery work agreed from 7 September 2026. Before payment and work begin, we agree its workflow boundary and written acceptance criteria. The Blueprint must be complete, internally consistent, traceable to the disclosed evidence and useful for the agreed implementation decision.

Install, narrow the scope, use ordinary automation, improve an existing tool, self-implement, defer or do not install can all be valid recommendations. The guarantee does not require a positive recommendation. A changed preference or a new requirement is not a failure against the original criteria.

Email info@buildnbloom.io with your engagement reference, the criterion that materially failed and enough detail for us to understand the problem. Do not email confidential client files; we will agree a permitted way to inspect supporting evidence. We charge no claim, assessment or correction fee. We will reimburse reasonable expenses necessarily incurred in making a valid claim; send the details and receipts to the same address.

We have one reasonable opportunity to correct a material failure at no extra charge. We agree the correction period in writing with you and carry out correction within a reasonable time. If the corrected Blueprint still materially fails the agreed criteria, or we do not correct it within a reasonable time, we refund the full Blueprint fee paid. The refund is money, not installation credit, and does not require another purchase. Refund arrangements and payment timing will be confirmed in writing without unreasonable delay.

This voluntary guarantee covers material failures present in the Blueprint as delivered. It adds no contractual claim deadline: contact us when you discover a material failure. It does not promise updates for later changes in your business, inputs or third-party tools. It is additional to your statutory rights and does not limit their duration or available remedies.

Installation is separately scoped, priced and tested. Its acceptance and remedy schedule governs in-scope correction, approved workarounds and attributable fee adjustments or refunds. The Blueprint refund promise is not an unconditional full-installation refund promise. Existing signed client agreements are not amended by this new-business guarantee.

Our services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. For major failures with the service, you are entitled:

• to cancel your service contract with us; and
• to a refund for the unused portion, or to compensation for its reduced value.

You are also entitled to be compensated for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. If the failure does not amount to a major failure you are entitled to have problems with the service rectified in a reasonable time and, if this is not done, to cancel your contract and obtain a refund for the unused portion of the contract.
