Build n Bloom is an Australia-based AI workflow implementation company led by Richard Opondo and Rayan Ratego. We take one recurring piece of work from fit to acceptance, keep consequential decisions with named people, and leave your team with a system it can actually run.

The method comes from work where missed handoffs have consequences.
The founders learned operations inside NDIS services, where unclear ownership, weak evidence and slow escalation are not abstract process problems. That history shaped the installation discipline. It does not remove the need to earn proof in each new market.
