Diagnose a defined integration, index or service interruption.
The public researcher receives a sanitised question and public sources. The evidence librarian uses the permissioned case corpus. Neither is a back door into the other.
The quality checker can report discrepancies. A qualified reviewer signs the professional output; the commercial and finance owners approve terms, invoices and collections.
The technical investigator can propose a fix. Technology and risk owners authorise release, rollback, notice and closure.
