Website scope
These terms govern use of buildnbloom.io, its public demonstrations and enquiry paths. A signed statement of work or other written agreement governs paid services and prevails if it conflicts with these website terms.
No engagement formed
Submitting an enquiry, completing a diagnostic, applying for a Workflow Fit Call or receiving scheduling access does not create a paid engagement, fiduciary relationship or obligation for Build n Bloom to accept work. A paid engagement begins only under the written agreement identified for that work.
No professional advice
Public content is general information. It is not legal, financial, tax, investment, clinical, engineering or other professional advice. Do not make a consequential decision solely from this website or a demonstration.
Demonstrations and evidence labels
Synthetic, modelled, verified and unproven material is labelled. Interactive demonstrations use fictional records and illustrate a proposed controlled workflow; they are not a representation that a buyer will achieve the same process, saving or outcome.
Workflow Fit Call
The Workflow Fit Call has no fee and tests whether one recurring workflow has a responsible next step. It does not include a workflow map, ROI model, architecture, security design, implementation scope, vendor specification or reservation of delivery capacity.
Paid work
A System Blueprint or installation begins only under separate written terms, cleared payment where required, completed intake and named reviewers. Published cohort pricing is a current commercial hypothesis and does not create an obligation to offer work or accept an application.
Prices, currency and GST
A price is stated in the currency shown. The written quote or engagement document states whether GST or another applicable tax is included, excluded or not charged. Build n Bloom does not collect Australian GST unless registered or required to be registered, and may update tax treatment when its registration or delivery facts change.
No external-outcome guarantee
Build n Bloom does not guarantee revenue, savings, regulatory compliance, transaction completion, professional conclusions, buyer decisions or another external outcome. The Blueprint Decision Guarantee is published at /guarantee and must be included with the engagement documents. It covers material failure against agreed written criteria, with correction followed by a full Blueprint-fee refund if the corrected work still materially fails. Installation remedies remain separately scoped.
Human authority
AI may prepare, retrieve, compare, monitor or recommend. The customer remains responsible for professional judgement, approvals and use of outputs unless a signed agreement expressly allocates a specific responsibility elsewhere.
Acceptable use
Do not probe, disrupt, scrape protected surfaces, bypass access controls, submit malicious code, impersonate another person or upload information you have no authority to provide. Do not submit passwords, access tokens, participant or patient records, confidential client files or regulated data through public enquiry forms.
Intellectual property
Build n Bloom owns the website, demonstrations, methods, visual system and materials except where another owner is identified. You may view and internally evaluate public material. You may not reproduce, resell or represent it as your own without written permission.
Third-party services
Links and integrations may involve third-party services with their own terms and availability. Build n Bloom is not responsible for a third party's independent service, content or change in functionality.
Privacy, cookies and marketing
Our Privacy Notice explains how we handle personal information. A Workflow Fit application or diagnostic submission is not consent to promotional follow-up. Advertising and analytics technologies are enabled only in accordance with the consent choices presented on the site.
Meta and other platforms
Meta, Facebook, Instagram and other third-party platforms are independent services. Build n Bloom is not endorsed by them merely because we advertise, publish or measure activity there, and their own terms and privacy practices also apply.
Australian Consumer Law
Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies a consumer guarantee, right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded, including under the Australian Consumer Law. Services supplied to a consumer carry non-excludable guarantees including due care and skill, fitness for a disclosed purpose and supply within a reasonable time where no time is fixed.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Build n Bloom excludes liability arising solely from reliance on public content or synthetic demonstrations. Non-excludable rights and remedies remain unaffected. Liability for paid work is governed by the applicable signed engagement document.
