Candidate roles are selected for a workflow; they are not an installed workforce. Client outcomes require a measured baseline and a separately scoped installation.

A useful role has a bounded source, a reviewable output and a named receiving owner.

01 / CANDIDATE ROLE

Intake analyst

Compare the case files with the agreed intake list and name what is missing.

Try this responsibility

Output: A checklist of received files, missing items and any restricted material to isolate.Expected outcome to test: Fewer case pauses caused by missing or restricted intake material after evidence work begins.

02 / CANDIDATE ROLE

Evidence librarian

Find the permitted passage, keep its version and flag anything that does not fit the question.

Try this responsibility

Output: A passage register with exact excerpts, source versions and applicability gaps.Expected outcome to test: Less practitioner time spent finding and rechecking the right source version.

Public researcher

Answer an approved public question with sources, dates and visible uncertainty.

Try this responsibility

Output: A research brief showing the sample, calculation, source and limits.Expected outcome to test: Fewer unsupported public claims reaching the practice lead for approval.

Delivery analyst

Apply the agreed method to checked inputs and show the calculation and assumptions.

Try this responsibility

Output: A reproducible workpaper showing each limit, the combined result and an alternative.Expected outcome to test: Less review time spent reconstructing calculations and correcting wrong-period inputs.

05 / CANDIDATE ROLE

Deliverable writer

Turn approved findings into a marked draft with the source beside the claim.

Try this responsibility

Output: A marked paragraph, proposed headline and source references for editorial review.Expected outcome to test: Less editorial rework reconciling draft claims with approved findings and source versions.

06 / CANDIDATE ROLE

Quality checker

Compare the proposed output with the original evidence and explain each discrepancy.

Case coordinator

Show who needs to act, what is overdue and which earlier decision is holding up the case.

Output: A proposed queue showing the next owner, overdue days and decisions that must wait.Expected outcome to test: Fewer stalled handoffs without a named next owner or visible dependency.

08 / CANDIDATE ROLE

Commercial analyst

Check scope and cost for sales, or reconcile milestone, invoice and payment for finance.

Try this responsibility

Output: Sales: a cost and fee working draft. Finance: a reconciliation of amount, payment and open balance.Expected outcome to test: Earlier discovery of missing quote costs and invoice or payment mismatches before owner approval.

09 / CANDIDATE ROLE

Knowledge curator

Prepare a reusable method from permitted material and show exactly what must be excluded.

Try this responsibility

Output: A method draft with retained instructions, excluded sources and version requirements, or a non-reuse record.Expected outcome to test: More reusable methods with clear rights and fewer restricted sources in proposed assets.

10 / CANDIDATE ROLE

Technical investigator

Read the authorised diagnostic record and propose a specific check for the technology owner.

Try this responsibility

Output: A diagnosis and retest proposal showing timeouts, version mismatches and unresolved questions.Expected outcome to test: Less time identifying a fault and preparing a safe retest for the technology owner.
