Buyer Psychology
Map Builder
Builds a complete buyer psychology map for any market. Answer 3 questions, optionally paste transcripts, and it runs deep research across Reddit, forums, competitor reviews, and communities before applying a 9-dimension psychology framework. Output: a formatted copy brief of everything your buyer believes, fears, and needs to hear before buying.
The problem
Generic copy is invisible.
The writer guesses what the buyer believes, picks a few benefits, hopes one resonates. The buyer reads three words and deletes the email.
We see this pattern in every NDIS provider's outbound we audit. Generic claims. No verbatim language. No segment split between operators and acquirers. Every email could be sent by every competitor — which is why every email gets the same response: silence.
The fix isn't better writing. It's better source material. A map of what the buyer actually believes, built from their words. Generic becomes impossible when the language is theirs.
What it does
- 3 questions to start — market, offer, best client description. That's all it needs from you.
- Transcript upload (optional) — paste call notes, DMs, or discovery call recordings and they go straight into the map
- 5-layer research protocol — Reddit, forums, 3-star competitor reviews, competitor landing pages, job postings in your market
- Two-segment split — who buys to acquire clients vs. who buys to run the operation better
- Primary drives — the real emotional driver, not the stated reason (Defend / Acquire / Status / Transcend)
- Resistance beliefs — 3–6 specific beliefs blocking the purchase and the prior experiences that installed them
- Buying language — verbatim phrases from real sources, never paraphrased
- Proof hierarchy — what credibility, outcome proof, and risk removal each buyer type requires
- Purchase triggers — the specific events and deadlines that activate buying
- Objection vocabulary — the exact phrases buyers use when they're stalling or exiting
- Values hierarchy — dominant value, walk-away condition, and the belief alignment that accelerates commitment

Why we publish working skills
Three reasons.
One. Anyone can claim AI expertise. Few publish the actual tools they use. The skill above is the version we run on client work, not a watered-down sample.
Two. Most readers will use the skill, get value, and never speak to us. That's the trade.
Three. A small number will decide they want the system installed instead of running skills manually. Those are the operators we want to work with. The skill is how we identify them. And how they identify us.
