The current starting point is a free 25-minute conversation with a founder. The older Operational Diagnostic described a different offer; its fixed salary example, revenue threshold, 90-day payback and promised written recommendation are not current terms. This page was updated on 27 September 2026; existing client agreements retain their signed scope.
Before the conversation
You do not need confidential client files or a completed cost model. Be ready to name a service your firm already sells and a repeated part of delivering it that may constrain accepted work. If useful, think about who prepares it, who reviews it and what commonly comes back for correction.
Use the current booking route. The presence of a separate older application route does not make its pre-call form a universal prerequisite.
Questions worth exploring
- What triggers the work, and what makes its output accepted?
- Which source material and existing methods are permitted for use?
- Who owns professional judgement and client sign-off?
- Where do preparation, review, coordination and correction consume effort?
- Would an existing tool or simpler process address the repeated friction?
A brief conversation can identify a useful next check, an unresolved question or a reason to defer. It does not establish an exact monthly cost, recoverable hours, guaranteed return or approved implementation scope. Do not infer cash savings from a billing rate or count waiting time as active effort.
What a paid Blueprint adds
The Firm Capacity Blueprint is a separate decision. Its current scope considers linked designs for winning work, fulfilling work and turning validated prior work into permitted reusable assets. It includes stated assumptions, alternatives and acceptance design; actual access, measurements and commercial terms must be established within the agreed scope. A proposal workflow can be one supporting application, rather than the whole offer.
Any installation, provider cost, payment term or guarantee must follow the current offer and approved quote-specific conditions. A conversation does not promise a finished architecture, a fixed installation price or a written regulatory finding.
Who should consider it
Start with recurring work inside an existing specialist advisory service, an accountable reviewer and a plausible capacity constraint. The old universal US$500,000 revenue threshold and three-times-per-week rule are not qualification requirements. Fit depends on the actual work and evidence. Deferring or using existing tools can be the appropriate next decision.
