A repeated service. A named owner. A returning constraint.
Those three things give the conversation a concrete starting point. Confidential files are not needed.
Tell us about a service you already deliver and a recent engagement. What would you like your team to be able to do better or take on next? We'll explore where software or AI may help and agree a useful next step.
Afterwards you'll receive a short reviewed provisional Fit Note—a recap of what we discussed and the next useful decision—to keep whether or not you go further with us. We'll agree when you'll receive it during the call. You don't need to arrive with a technical solution in mind.

Start with what you want to make possible, what already works and a relevant paid service or engagement. You do not need to select agents, prepare three opportunities or complete a worksheet.
We explore what your clients would value next and how it connects to the work your firm sells. That might mean taking on a more complex question, developing a repeatable service, or giving clients a better way to use your expertise. We ask what already works, what should stay human-owned, and what would need checking: buyer need, method, permitted evidence, ownership and complete-case economics. You leave with a fit, no-fit or next-evidence decision. The conversation does not include a free workflow map, formal design or implementation scope.
We can quote a Build or Connected Build directly. A Build installs one useful capability for one team and one service; a Connected Build links two or three stages. When the design needs work first, an optional Blueprint sets out the connected opportunities and a ranked first installation.
If a paid Firm Capacity Blueprint is appropriate, we provide a written, scope-specific quote for one revenue path, three fully designed connected opportunities and a ranked recommendation for a separately scoped first installation. The three designs are built on your firm's path, your permitted sources, your named reviewers and the tools worth keeping; one legitimate outcome is that your current setup already covers the work. Installation is a separate purchase.

Existing relationships, NDIS services, privacy matters and the old one-workflow cohort have their own routes.
Use your established client channel where one exists. Otherwise email the company inbox with your organisation name — and without confidential client material.
Our NDIS services continue for existing clients and their networks. Nothing here changes existing agreements — go straight to the NDIS hub.
For channel partnerships, research, speaking, media or a company-level question, write to the general inbox with a descriptive subject line.
Send the minimum information needed to identify the matter. Do not email credentials, participant data, client documents or other sensitive material.
If you are acting on the separately released, existing one-workflow Blueprint cohort packet or quote, use its dedicated application. Those terms do not price the current Firm Capacity offer.
Open the original inputs, a substantial prepared report and the decisions that return unsupported work. Then inspect the complete design and the investment case. The advisory case is fictional; the separate public-source review contains real public originals.
Six invented interview notes, three source-linked findings and an overstated conclusion returned for correction. No live model execution or client result is claimed.
