Firm Capacity Blueprint · paid design decision
One revenue path. Three complete connected designs. A decision you own.
The Blueprint exists to make one investment decision properly: whether, where and how AI preparation and checking should change how your firm wins, delivers and gets paid along one important revenue path. It is an assessment and design purchase. Installation is a separate decision.

Scope
We map the path you choose, from the starting event to the accepted and collected endpoint: inputs, systems, owners, decisions, exceptions, and complete-case effort by role. We select the path with you after the Fit Call and any evidence check; we do not predetermine the three opportunities from a catalogue.
Evidence
The baseline uses your evidence: effort observations, billing and demand conditions, quality constraints, actual costs where available. We state assumptions, record what could not be measured and write the contrary case. Released hours are capacity, not automatic savings; we never count an hour as both saving and revenue.
- Minimum permitted sample through an agreed secure route
- Source rights, retention and deletion recorded before use
- Buyer sponsor, qualified reviewer and evidence owners named in the quote
Outputs
Three design chapters, each with current and target work, inputs and outputs, accountable owners, tools and possible agents, permissions, professional decisions retained, simpler and no-build alternatives, failure and return paths, proposed tests and stopping conditions. Shared controls and handoffs connect them. A ranked first installation explains whether to proceed, simplify, hold or stop. A decision review session closes the work.
- Portable document and editable calculations in agreed formats
- Acceptance against the written criteria in your schedule; silence is never acceptance
Portability
You keep the Blueprint and the agreed use rights. Implement with your team, with us, or with another competent implementer. No method is withheld to force a build.
Participation
Your sponsor sets the decision question. Your reviewer challenges interpretation and acceptance criteria. Your evidence owners supply what is permitted. Time by role is estimated in the quote, not assumed.
Fee and guarantee
Fee, effort and timing are set in your quote; there is no rate card and no standard duration. The fee is paid upfront. After complete delivery and the decision review, you have 14 calendar days to request a full refund if you do not believe it was worth it: no defect to prove, no installation to buy, refund within five business days, and you keep the Blueprint. A supported recommendation to simplify, defer or stop is a legitimate outcome and leaves the promise intact.
- Full terms govern; they are attached to every quote
- Any installation has its own scope, fee, acceptance tests and remedies
The next useful step
