What the paid decision contains, and what it does not
Forward this to whoever decides with you. It states what a Firm Capacity Blueprint buys, what you keep, and what remains separate, so the question can be decided without us in the room.
What the Blueprint contains
One important revenue path mapped from enquiry to collection and permitted reuse; an evidence-based baseline and economics with assumptions and contrary cases; three complete connected designs chosen after evidence; shared controls and handoffs; a ranked first installation; a decision review.
- Each design covers inputs, AI jobs, human decisions, tools, owners, exceptions, simpler alternatives and acceptance checks
- The recommendation can be simpler software, a method change, defer or no build
What you keep and what is separate
You keep the portable design and agreed use rights and may implement with anyone. Fee, effort and timing are specific to your quote. Installation is a separate purchase. No retainer starts automatically and no business outcome is guaranteed.
- 14 calendar days after complete delivery and decision review to request a full refund; no defect to prove; refund in five business days; you keep the Blueprint
One question for the group
Is there a design decision on one revenue path worth paying to make properly, or is the right answer to fix it ourselves?
