We ask where the client work your firm already sells loses time, quality or contribution: enquiry and scope, delivery and review, accepted work to cash, knowledge reuse or client follow-up. We check whether the work has an owner, useful permitted evidence and available reviewers. You need not preselect three workflows. A suitable paid Blueprint would design three connected improvements and rank the first installation. The conversation does not include a free workflow map or implementation scope.
