A shared decision about the next useful step.
A generic discussion brief for the service owner, professional reviewer and budget decision-maker. It is not a quote, approval or a diagnosis of your firm.

- The question to agree
- Which repeated service—or evidenced new-service opportunity—needs a better way to move from permitted inputs to accepted client work? Start with one recent engagement and what already works.
- What a Blueprint purchases
- One important revenue-path map and baseline; three complete connected opportunity designs; shared sources and controls; simpler alternatives; a ranked first installation; and a decision review. Fee, effort and dates are buyer-specific.
- What it does not purchase
- An installation, professional advice to your clients, production changes, ongoing support or a guaranteed business outcome. Those responsibilities retain their own owners and agreements.
- What Build n Bloom owns
- Maps the path and baseline from permitted evidence, designs the three complete connected opportunities and simpler alternatives, names human decisions and bounded AI responsibilities, and runs the decision review. Both sides work toward a usable next decision, including defer or no-build.
- What the firm contributes
- A service owner, an authorised reviewer, relevant operations/finance/security participants, permitted examples and decision-review time. Agree source rights, confidentiality, transfer, retention and access before use. Participation and effort belong in the quote.
- Who decides
- Name the scope and budget decision-maker and the professional reviewer. Reading this brief, attending a call or forwarding a sample is not approval or permission to use client material.
- Evidence still needed
- Does the return or wait repeat? Would a current tool or simpler method solve it? For a new service, who would use it, what decision does it support and what evidence supports willingness to pay?
- Alternatives to compare
- Keep the current method; repair the process; improve existing software; check one unresolved question; commission paid design; defer or stop.
- Ownership and guarantee
- Keep the delivered Blueprint and agreed use rights; choose your team, another competent implementer or a separately quoted installation with us. Request a full cash refund if you do not believe the Blueprint was worth its agreed fee within 14 calendar days after both complete delivery and the decision review (the later event). No defect proof, correction round or further purchase is required. Refund within five business days. Statutory rights and independent remedies remain.
- The next decision
- Choose the smallest useful next step. If a Blueprint is justified, review the written scope, fee, dates, evidence route, participants and guarantee before signing and paying the agreed upfront fee. Start only with confirmed owners and permissions.
