The agent does the job.

Every NDIS tool flags problems now. Almost none of them fix one — pick a job below, walk it through a real roster, claims batch, or 2am incident, and watch what comes out the other side when the whole job gets done on the tools you already run.

Which job is bleeding you most right now?

Runs on the tools you already use — it reads your ShiftCare roster and NDIA myplace login and corrects them there. No export-and-reimport, no reformatting for Xero, no integration that drops half the records.

Mark

Hi Mark, Your caseload runs a lot of complex SIL placements in the Logan corridor — the ones most providers quote on, then can't staff. We run Sunrise Care, SIL and community supports in the area. We name the support worker before the participant is told, hold no waitlist, and when something goes wrong there's a direct line, not a complaints inbox. If you're ever stuck on a hard-to-place case, worth having a name to call. Sunrise Care

Every email sits in a queue, held for your approval before it sends. Stop-on-reply: the moment a coordinator replies, the rest of their cadence halts. The agent never sends on its own, and never contacts a participant directly.

Regulatory dates

Two dated changes. One more before Parliament.

The dated ones change what "audit-ready" means now. The Bill carries no date until it passes — anything before Parliament is labelled that way here.

1 Jul 2026

In effect

SIL mandatory registration

SIL providers are now required to be registered with the NDIS Commission. An unregistered SIL provider may keep operating during the application process only if the application is lodged by 1 October 2026.

Upcoming

Community participation pricing reduction

Pricing for social, community and civic participation supports reduces progressively as plans reassess from October. The Department of Health states 50%; the Minister has said 30% — the magnitude is contested, the timing is not. Participants heavy on day programs will need SIL or in-home supports assessed sooner than their current plans provide.

90-day claim window

A Bill before Parliament would shrink the window to claim a delivered service from two years to 90 days. It is not yet law — no assent, no commencement date. Providers with slow claims pipelines carry the exposure if it passes.
